include any person whose

per annum
4. In the same clause the definition of Salary should be that contained in Section 1
of Ordinance No. 28 of 1895;
and the definition of Pension
should be amended
by the addition of the words
"except where the context implies that the contributor himself is referred to"; and the definition

should be amended by the insertion
